3rd Week Notices TT18

1. AGM
This is a very important event for the club so please make every effort to attend. Please see Sam’s information for the agenda and proposed rule changes. Note that the Club will only be open to members for the evening.
2. Harrow School Networking Event

A reminder that this evening we shall be hosting a recruitment information evening with Harrow School. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in Education, with a chance to discuss graduate teaching jobs with the senior managers of the School and recent Vincent’s alumnus Johny Marsden.
Members are invited for drinks in the clubhouse from 7.30pm, followed by an information talk and informal networking with the school representatives. Please see the attached flyer for further information about the event.
We anticipate that this will be a very popular event, so please email Ryan at careers@vincents.org if you are interested in attending.
3. Steak Night
Steak Night will be on Thursday of 4th week (17th May). Members and guests are welcome for what is always an enjoyable evening.
4. Vincent’s Club Team Award

A reminder that the Vincent’s Club Team Award is now open to all University of Oxford affiliated sports teams. The applications are assessed based on team performance throughout the season, the proposed usage of the award and the team’s level of need. The winning team will be award £1000 courtesy of this award’s sponsors, Goldman Sachs.
Please email awards @vincents.org for the application form. Applications close on the 2nd June 2018.
5. Speaker’s Dinner – Clever Magic from an Oxford Magician
On Thursday of 5th Week (24th May), we will be entertained over dinner by Johnny Oxford (John Hayns). Johnny graduated from St John’s College, Oxford and is now an associate of The Inner Magic Circle with Silver Star, and a Member of the Council of The Magic Circle. 
Drinks from 6.30, supper at 7.30, performance and Q&A from 8.30, finish by 10pm. £25 for residents, to include some wine with the meal. Please book directly with Tom (steward@vincents.org).
